Bed are shipped Vacuum packed so can take up to 48 hours to fully puff out, manual fluffing helps the process! This is to ensure the cheapest price possible for you guys :D Shipping is done via Parcelforce's express48 in hopes that the bed isn't packed for too long. There may be a few minor creases in the leather however they will vanish over time and are not damaging.
